keep in mind: As of January 1, 2023 hotels must start again to add VAT on the accommodation, this regulation had been paused for economic reactivation due to consequences of the covid 19 pandemic in the tourism sector. Therefore at the time of booking you must keep in mind that the rates are not including taxes, the collection of the tax (19% VAT) is determined at the time of check in. The receptionist determines the charge according to the regulations. Please keep in mind that this tax is mandatory by law and we must follow it. All Colombians must pay it and in the case of foreigners must pay it in some cases.

The GUEST knows the rates at the time of service. The check in time is at 15:00 and the check out time is at 13:00. Partial use outside these hours will cause the total payment of the nightly rate. The guest agrees to comply with the indications and policies of the HOTEL. In case of loss, partial or total damage of the HOTEL property attributable to the GUEST or his/her companions, he/she shall recognize the price set by the HOTEL. Companions not registered by the room owner at check-in will be considered as additional guests, in these cases the GUEST accepts the value that the HOTEL designates in a contract registration for the visit or companion . All companions of the GUEST must be duly registered, and in turn the GUEST must pay the rates set by the HOTEL during their stay ($100.000COP). The number of people allowed in the room shall not exceed the number of people determined by the hotel according to the type of room. The GUEST assumes the responsibility of supervising minors at all times. By signing this registration form, the GUEST authorizes the HOTEL to use the credit card as a guarantee for the payment of the lodging bill and consumptions generated during his/her stay. The GUEST shall assume the loss of valuables such as jewelry, money or equipment that are not left in custody, or the safety box that the HOTEL has in the rooms for this purpose. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: The GUEST may determine the termination of the accommodation contract for expiration of the agreed term or any breach of the obligations of the guest, as well as non-compliance with the policies and guidelines of the HOTEL. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the public areas of the HOTEL, incurring in this practice will incur a penalty which will be charged to the GUEST account for the value of one night's stay. In accordance with the provisions of art. 17 of Law 679 of 2001, the HOTEL warns the guest that the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents are crimes punishable under criminal and administrative law in Colombia. Consequently, any act or behavior that may derive or there is suspicion of activity related to CSEC will be reported to the competent authority. In case the minor does not travel in the company of his or her parents, for no reason may he or she be registered without due authorization from them, filed in a notary public, either for Colombian or foreign minors. And in the case of minors registered in the company of their parents must present the identity document physically (Civil Registration and / or identity card).

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS: The HOTEL reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose behavior may be a potential danger to the safety and well-being of you, other guests and/or collaborators of the hotel.
